All furnished inserts will be billed at number of pages times
the 1x black and white page rate (either tab or junior), less discount as follows:
Additional handling/binding charge (each insert): $900 (non-commissionable).
Inserts other than full page size, contact publisher for rates.
Metallic color rates on request. For color ads other than 2-color or
4-
color process, contact publisher.
Special position: Cover 2 & 3 at 10% extra on space and color.
Cover 4 at 20% extra on space and color. Special page position
rates on request.
Combined frequency program: Frequency can be based on combination
of all insertions in Maintenance Solutions and those in
any other Trade Press Publishing magazine during the same

months.
Agency commission: 15% of gross to recognized advertising agencies
on space, color, special position. Terms: Net 30. Mechanical
charges such as insert handling and binding are non-commissionable.
